Job Overview:

We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize social media strategies, drive engagement, and boost brand visibility. You'll create compelling content, track performance, and collaborate with our marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to optimize content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities. And handling any negative feedback or crisis situations
  • Collaborate with content creation and marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall brand goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Very good level in English language
