Sales Executive and Client Relations

 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations and Sales Executive to join our business department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through lead generation and market expansion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, events, and referrals. 
  • Research and analyze new market trends to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets and expand the company’s reach. 

Client Engagement: 

  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and challenges. 
  • Take detailed briefs and communicate client needs to internal teams effectively. 
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction. 

Reporting & Insights:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity in CRM tools. 
  • Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management team. 
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine strategies and improve performance. 

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to client needs. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches that effectively communicate the value of the company’s services or products. 

Negotiation & Closing Deals:

  • Manage negotiations to secure favorable terms for the company while addressing client expectations. 
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into long-term partnerships or contracts. 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align client needs with business offerings. 
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service quality and client experience. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (experience in a relevant industry is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent English
  • Strong ability to build relationships, listen actively, and manage client expectations
  • Capability to analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Salary Range : 10,000  :  15,000
